This test kit uses COVID-19 monoclonal antibody and goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibodies that are respectively immobilised on a nitrocellulose membrane.
It uses colloidal gold to label a sufficient amount of COVID-19 monoclonal antibody. This process involves utilising nano-colloidal gold technology and applying the principles of highly specific antibody-antigen reactions and immunochromatographic analysis technology.
When testing, the COVID-19 antigen in the sample combined with the colloidal gold-labeled COVID-19 monoclonal antibody to form a complex. This complex was then combined with the COVID-19 monoclonal antibody coated in the test line during chromatography. At this point, there should be one red line visible in the test area.

Intended use: The COVID-19 Ag Test is a chromatographic assay used for the qualitative detection of the COVID-19 nucleoprotein antigen in nasal swab specimens from both symptomatic and asymptomatic suspected patients who may be infected with COVID-19. It is intended for self-testing. 2. Read results at 10 minutes. 3. Long shelf-life: Expired date for this batch is Mar 2025. 4. This test has been authorized by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization under CorDx brand. 5. Core Test Covid-19 Ag Test is approved by Singapore HSA as a full-fledged registered product. 6. A total of 606 nasal swab samples were detected. The comparison method was RT-PCR. Diagnostic Sensitivity: 192/200, 96.00% (92.27%~98.26%) Diagnostic Specificity: 403/406, 99.26% (97.86%~99.85%)
