The Infant Massage Course is designed to equip you with the skills to give your baby massages at home. Designed for parents with babies aged 0 to 12 months old, this hands-on course will teach you the different baby massage techniques and styles of touch. Eventually, you will be able to maximise the benefits of baby massage by adapting your massage techniques to your baby’s needs.

The infant massage course is conducted by our International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM)-certified instructors in Raffles Hospital.

This infant massage course is conducted by nurses that are certified Infant Massage Instructors, trained by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). IAIM is a global organization, represented in over 100+ countries.
This course is suitable for babies aged 0 to 12 months.
The baby will be exclusively handled by the parent. IAIM instructors will demonstrate massage strokes on a baby doll.
Class Content
Classes are conducted weekly* and different massage strokes/theory will be focused on, at each class. Content includes:
Learning of different massage strokes, including massage for the relief of colic/gas
Theory
Benefits of infant massage
Infant behavioural states
Best conditions for massage
Learning about infant cues and reflexes
Oils
Crying
Information handouts will be provided.
*Class arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis
Attire/Things to bring
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring extra baby clothes, swaddles/blanket, and milk.
Enrolment of classes
A course consists of 5 sessions, 1.5 hours each, either conducted individually or in group sizes limited to 5 families each.
If your baby has a medical condition or physical disability, please consult your Paediatrician before attending this class.
Your spouse may also participate in the class with you and your baby at no additional charge.
Price listed is in Singapore dollars and includes GST.
Upon purchase, we will send to your email a redemption letter, that you can use to redeem your course. This letter can only be used for the course indicated.
The redemption letter must be presented on the day of the course, together with your NRIC / identification documents.
Any cancellation has to be made in writing to us within seven (7) working days before the class commences.
Cancellation is subject to a fee of $53.50.
