Acquiring packages on behalf of others is permitted. Ownership transfer can be done before package activation. Please notify our clinic in advance regarding any ownership transfer.
Packages are valid for six months and no further extension will be granted.
Unutilised items and services included in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Upon purchase, a redemption letter will be sent to your registered email address.
Redemption letter must be presented with NRIC or identification documents for utilisation of package.
