• Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.

• Service is only applicable at Raffles Chinese Medicine at Raffles Hospital.
• Service is not applicable with other corporate programmes.
• Service is applicable to first-time customers and limited to one package per customer. 
• Acquiring packages on behalf of others is permitted. Ownership transfer can be done before package activation. Please notify our clinic in advance regarding any ownership transfer. 
• Packages are valid for six months and no further extension will be granted. 
• Unutilised items and services included in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Upon purchase, a redemption letter will be sent to your registered email address. 
• Redemption letter must be presented with NRIC or identification documents for utilisation of package. 
• Raffles Medical Group Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, forgery, theft, or unauthorised use of the redemption letter.
