TDF Fairence T-Complex 30g

$122.40

A scientifically designed pigment lightening cream enhanced by patented Xcelarev® delivery system for melasma that delivers Tranexamic Acid and other brightening actives (Niacinamide and Lactobionic Acid) deeper into the skin.

The three key actives work synergistically to reduce intensity of dark spots and pigmented skin effectively. Tranexamic Acid helps in reduction of melanin production, improving overall skin tone and also reduces vascular factors that contribute to melasma. Niacinamide slows down the transfer of melanin to the skin surface thus reducing uneven pigmentation.

Lastly, Lactobionic Acid, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) with antioxidant property increases cellular turnover, reducing the appearance of dark spots.

Dermatologically tested. Non-comedogenic. Clinically tested hypoallergenic.

What is Hyperpigmentation?

Hyperpigmentation is a common skin condition when patches of skin become darker in color than the normal surrounding skin. This darkening occurs when there is an excess production of melanin by melanocytes, and deposited to the skin's surface forming dark spots.

Your Questions Answered

Does FAIRENCE® contain silicone and does it clog pores?

FAIRENCE® does contain dimethicone, a silicone-based product that is used as smoothing agent. It gives that silky, soft to the touch feeling when applied onto the skin. The silicones in FAIRENCE® have large molecules that are individually non-comedogenic and volatile in nature. Hence, it evaporates from the skin rather than be absorbed. A Comedogenic Potential Test on FAIRENCE® was done and results showed that it is non-comedogenic.

Is FAIRENCE® Hydroquinone-/Retinoid-free and safe to use for long term?

FAIRENCE® does not contain hydroquinone or retinoid and is dermatologist tested to be hypoallergenic. FAIRENCE® has been used by patients continuously for
6 months without any reported adverse effect.

Is FAIRENCE® photosensitizing?

Photosensitivity is an extreme sensitivity to ultraviolet
(UV) rays from the sun and other light sources. None of FAIRENCE® ingredients has UV activated elements in their molecular structure. Hence it is not photosensitizing.

Can FAIRENCE® be used in other types of hyperpigmenation aside from melasma?

Taking into consideration that amongst the different types of hyperpigmentation, Melasma is the most difficult to treat and recalcitrant in nature. Hence, there would not be any issue of FAIRENCE® use in other types of hyperpigmentation. FAIRENCE® can be used as complementary to conventional and procedural treatments and as a maintenance therapy.
